Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
